"Located close to centre of Ilford 10 mins from Underground. Staff always helpful + friendly. Although room sway from main reception has own entrance with keys. Very clean."

"Very poor! Complete rip off of £80! Would have been disappointed if I’d of been charged £40. Staff were rude when trying to find my room Was in the lift with 2 other girls lost trying to find their room so I wasn’t the only person with the same issues. One plug socket that was nowhere near the bed. Paid for breakfast but couldn’t even get anything as was a massive line of people, nothing even hot. Room was like a prison cell. STAY CLEAR "

"Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time!! Everything was old and dated! The bathroom was a plastic pod put in the room, felt like I was in a caravan. The carpet was dirty, the room fan made a humming noise all night, it just felt old and dirty! I went for the ibis over the ibis budget next door as it was cheaper but you’d also assume nicer than the budget, hugely wrong! Breakfast was poor! Only scrambled eggs out, I asked for fried or another form of egg and was told the only option was scrambled. Very budget, not nice, certainly don’t stay here or an ibis again! "

"I attended for a Business Network meeting and stayed overnight at the hotel. I was in room 141, which was clean and comfortable. However, there was no natural light into the room and the lighting in the room is poor. The curtains were ill fitting and let the light in through the night from outside lighting. After the business network meeting, went into the bar area to get a drink and no members of staff were present, nor at reception. It was like a ghost town. On my way to my room bumped into 3 members of staff who let me know they were heading back to the reception/bar/restaurant area. At this point it was getting late, so had a drink, ordered a pizza to take and eat in my room."
