"There was no one to check us in initially, we got into the building after another guest. If they hadn't opened the door, we'd be waiting for a while outside with the bags and our fingers on the buzzer. Building has a funky smell, bathroom is cramped, the low hanging sloped ceiling on the upper level is a hazard. Kitchenette is good though. Shoreditch is an interesting location, slightly rough around the edges, but hotel was close enough to public transport."

Stayed there several times and unfortunately communication this time in advance non existent. They ask now for advance deposit for damages. They did better in the past. "Property is right by the Tower of London so it made for a central location, Our suite had stairs right when you walk in and stairs going into the kitchen and bathrooms which is common for older buildings in the UK so if you have mobility issues I would reconsider. The room was clean and had what you needed in the kitchen. The AC is a large portable until that you need to vent out an open window and it is quite noisy. The sofa bed was not in good condition."
