The staff were very friendly and provided us with great recommendations for food and activities to do around the city. The 2 bedroom suite was great for our family of four. Having two separate bathrooms was a major plus. Very clean. Would highly recommend."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. The photos of the rooms make it look like every room as some outdoor space. Washer dryer supplied was not good quality,...

The room did not have air conditioning, and this was not clearly highlighted in the property description. During the warm summer weather, the lack of AC made the stay quite uncomfortable. "The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."
