"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel :) The staff are so incredibly friendly. My room was a great size, felt newly appointed and had floor to ceiling windows. It was so helpful to have the all day cafe and restaurant as well. Such a great location! I work in the industry and stay a quite a few hotels - i definitely recommend a stay here."

"Everything was good with the exception, 1. The room that showed and was described when selecting was differ than what was assigned. 2. The information given via a telephone call concerning a coffee maker was different. On the phone the male that answered said I would have a Keurig type coffee maker but the house keeping department said those were reserved for the suites. So I could not use my preferred coffee that I brought. Other than that my short stay was very good. Trip interrupted by an...

"It was great. We would definitely stay at NobleDen again. Location was perfect for us. Easy access to subways. Lots of great restaurants and bars within a 10-15min walk. The roof top was very cool. The room was clean and bright. The shower was awesome. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. On our next trip i'd definitely opt for a balcony room."

"Nice hotel in a decent location. A slight walk from time square but I knew that when booking and was fine with that.
Staff were nice however the resort fee is quite expensive just for some coffee. Noting the day we left coffee hadn’t even opened yet as the staff hadn’t arrived to work yet an hour later than it was supposed to open.
Overall a decent hotel for what you expect in NYC, I would probably return again if the price was decent."

"Please avoid this property.
1) No working central HVAC in unit, causing property to install an A/C unit in window right beside the bed with several inches of black masking tape to seal off the room from outside, which does not dampen the street sound - sounds like you are outside.
2) Room extremely dusty, behind lamps, in corners throughout the room.
3) Linens, pillows poor quality, with pillows flat as a pancake.
3) Towels like sandpaper with holes and edging tearing.
4) Only one roll of...
