"I stayed at the Omni 3 separate times within a couple of weeks to provide support for my child studying at the Colburn School of Music. Each time I stayed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help with things that I needed. At a time when customer service seems to be struggling, I felt that the front desk staff were amazingly helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It is also very close to the Disney music hall and it has a nice mix of restaurants...

"Room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and neat. Very spacious. Staff was really nice and helpful during check-in and check-out. There is no parking with the hotel but there is a parking lot where we parked our car overnight and it is right around the corner. Only issue we had, not sure if it was just our room but, we couldn’t get warm water in the tub or shower. Asides from that everything was great."

"Beautiful, historic property with great amenities!! You especially will want to take advantage of the gym and fitness facilities including sauna, cold plunge etc. The restaurants and bars are great too, and you can walk to a bunch of other nearby spots too."

"Well worth the stay. The rooms were spotless — cleanliness is extremely important to me, and this hotel exceeded expectations. It also looks like the motel was recently renovated; the rooms feel very updated, and the bathroom practically shines from being so clean. I usually bring slippers to wear in hotel rooms because I can imagine what’s on the carpet or floors, but the luxury vinyl flooring here was so clean and comfortable that I actually felt fine being barefoot — which is a first for me...
