"The hotel is in a very central location. However, there are many homeless people in the city, and the streets smell bad. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I experienced internet issues on my floor, and they were unable to resolve them; however, I was able to use the lounge for free instead. The rooms are quite clean and do not have carpeting."

"This was a nice boutique hotel on the outskirts of DT LA. It was conveniently located within walking distance to Grand Central Market. The hotel was clean and felt safe, although I wouldn't hang out around the neighborhood alone at night. The biggest inconvenience is that it is DOWNHILL from Central Downtown so while it looks to be close as the crow flies, if you think you're close to DT, be prepared for a hike, especially with luggage. "Well worth the stay. The rooms were spotless — cleanliness is extremely important to me, and this hotel exceeded expectations. It also looks like the motel was recently renovated; the rooms feel very updated, and the bathroom practically shines from being so clean. I usually bring slippers to wear in hotel rooms because I can imagine what’s on the carpet or floors, but the luxury vinyl flooring here was so clean and comfortable that I actually felt fine being barefoot — which is a first for me...
