"The room was clean but some furnishings and especially the bathroom were old and worn. Some staff were excellent ,others not so much. Did not use laundry. Breakfast was great and attendant was excellent. Best feature of this hotel is the location. Rooms are very small and the shower very small for full size adults. Night staff were excellent in addressing noise from next door with change of rooms."

"What an incredibly beautiful property. From the minute you walk in you’re welcomed with a clean, spa smell. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms and beds were very comfortable."

"The room was very nice and clean. The environment inside the hotel was charming and cozy. The only downside is that there is no available parking on site and you have to park in a lot. that is pretty expensive if you want someone to actually look after your car with security. Otherwise you’ll have to park in a lot across the street from the hotel that is pretty sketchy and there is no security on site."

"Hotel and stay was satisfactory. In town for work training. Good location to get to ny training, take in a Dodgers game and lots of options for dinner/drinks downtown. Room carpet had gross looking stain, but room was otherwise clean and spacious. However did want to note front desk was curt, even rude at times, when I asked typical questions about hotel bar, restaurant, valet parking etc. So sadly, don’t expect friendly or attentive staff that go above and provide service with a smile- not here anyway."

"I booked this hotel for my husband, taking our son to a Laker’s game for his birthday. I knew there wasn’t much time between their flight landing and tip off, so I booked this hotel because of its convenient location. They arrived for check in and were given a key, when to room to drop bags- key didn’t work. Went down to front desk, rekeyed card, back up to room, still didn’t work. Back downstairs, told not to put key by phone- which he hadn’t- back up to room, didn’t work. Back downstairs, rekeyed….now running late to game….key worked, AND THERE WAS A COUPLE IN THE ROOM. They were assigned same room number. Back downstairs AGAIN….they have to find a new room, finally get a new room, head to game and had missed first quarter. The next morning my husband went to front desk to complain, and was given a bottle of water for the inconvenience. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE"

"The neighborhood isn't that great, and the hotel lobby. The rooms were great, and the staff was very helpful."

"Breakfast is obsolete for months now, but it is still advertised and need to be removed. Besides that the stay was excellent and there was a shop onsite that sells coffee which was nice so I didn’t have to leave the facility."
