"very little sound isolation to the street, lots of cars revving all night every night. room service never came over 3 days (with or without the "Come In" card). Rooftop bar is packed with little seating and water from the pool made the whole area slippery."

The entire bed collapsed. It took them two full days to get us into a new room. "Overall a solid experience! It was extremely close to the Los Angeles Convention Center and made quick trips back quick and convenient. Staff was very quick to respond and was very helpful throughout my four night stay."
