"Zeer leuk verblijf. Wij verbleven in familiekamer met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Zeer propere kamer, goed ontbijt (geen uitgebreid buffet, maar alles wat je nodig hebt en eieren à la carte), goede ligging inclusief parking. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Voor mij een aanrader. Wij waren op doorreis en hebben vanuit de Sheldon Eastbourne bezocht en de seven Sisters."

"Great location on the seafront - pack your swimmers for a quick dip. The rooms are clean, comfy and well appointed. Excellent shower in the room we had. The fresh milk on check in is a great touch. The team on check in and check out were very helpful and polite"

"Aside from the room that is extremely hot as we were given the room that os facing directly the afternoon sun so it’s unbearably hot though we didn’t bother to escalate it anymore cause we are out most of the day anyway the rest of the service ,like the staff ,facilities and location are really good ."

Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot."

The other guests were really noisy, coming in late and singing but that's not the fault of the hotel. We would definitely stay again"

"I specifically booked this hotel because it has a lift and my mum cannot do stairs. We were attending a special family celebration and wanted to stay the night to make a weekend of it. When we arrived at the hotel, the lift was broken - the steps to the first floor were exceedingly steep and narrow - my poor mum was absolutely unable to climb them. There were no ground floor rooms available so we had to cancel the booking and are going through the Expedia complaints process to get a refund....

"The stay was okay, although the property is a bit farther from the train station and the main tourist attractions than I expected. The room was generally clean. However, when I switched on the electric fan, a lot of dust blew out because it was very dusty. I had to take the fan downstairs to the reception and ask for it to be cleaned. "Looks really nice from outside but really dated inside, rooms are also very dated, shower was awful no pressure power at all"

"The room was dirty and very outdated holes in carpets and windows that didn’t close curtains didn’t fit the windows bathroom was filthy would have been cleaner getting in the shower than when you got out. No staff available when needed ended up paying £15 a day parking because no staff available to get a parking permit. Lift was broken and we were on the third floor with my mum who struggles to walk. Don’t answer emails before stay"
