"Very pleasant 2 night break in Eastbourne Everything was good - plenty of parking outside hotel with a parking permit, food was good too Had a standard double on the 7th floor & it was spacious enough & certainly not cramped I did view a sea view/balcony room & that was superb All staff were so very friendly & very accommodating "

"A very warm welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Room 14 was very spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked. A good menue to choose from. Fresh coffee, bread and lots of cereal to choose. We came by train which was a 10 minute walk. There is plenty of parking at the back of the property . "

"Stunning property with excellent quality food and rooms. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the room and bed (standard double) were very small and hot. Couldnt kèep the window open thanks to the local boys racing up and down the seafront. We are not particularly big people but i can imagine that a larger couple would find the bed impossible to sleep in!"

"At arrival, the building was beautiful to behold- unbeknownst to us, it would hold a number of things that wouldnt quite match the outer beauty of the building. The staff were friendly enough, and the overall vibe in the lobby was cozy and gave a vintage vibe. After acquiring our keys, we made our way up the tiny (but charming) elevator and up to our room on the third floor. We arrived and opened our room door. "The room was ideal ***** for myself as a solo traveller. This top floor room was nicely decorated. clean, secure, facilities perfect and no noise from the stairs/common area, nor outside. Could not fault the room at all. Decor throughout the hotel generally was very pleasant. The lift was out of order however it didn't spoil my stay as although one of the agile older generation, was up and down the stairs in no time at all. "
