"From check in to check out the reception staff went over and beyond with fantastic customer service and hospitality. We stayed in a superior suite on ground floor with our pug. There was a cute little welcome pack for our dog with some treats, a toy etc which was a lovely surprise. Tea,coffe and biscuit packs were also complimentary which was really handy. The suite was equipped with EVERYTHING and more and was clean, spacious and had a fantastic shower and modern bathroom. Kitchen had everything plus a washing machine. Location was perfect and we found free off road parking in a nearby road. Osborne apartments was close to the beach, shops and restaurants/pubs. We will definitely return to this place next time we go to Eastbourne."

"We were thankfully only staying for one night, as the experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what was advertised. Our room was located in the basement, with very steep stairs to access it — something that was especially difficult while travelling with a toddler and a buggy. The basement-level window was directly at street level, so all we could see were people’s feet and passing vehicles. Unfortunately, the noise insulation was also very poor, and it genuinely felt as though we were trying to sleep on the street itself due to the constant noise outside. While the room appeared superficially clean, there were no rugs or soft flooring, and the overall condition did not feel particularly comfortable or welcoming. The room also smelled strongly of cigarettes throughout our stay. There were several maintenance and safety concerns that were quite alarming. The door could not be locked from the inside, which made us feel very uneasy, especially travelling as a family. In addition, the fridge provided in the room was leaking. What was most frustrating was that the room we were given did not resemble the advertised photos at all. In fact, photos of this particular basement room do not appear to be shown anywhere in the listing, which felt very misleading. Overall, this was not the standard of accommodation we expected, and I would strongly advise future guests — especially families with young children — to consider carefully before booking."

"Very good value. Very approachable and helpful staff. Resourceful and thoughtful furnishing of a small room with several things many more expensive hotels lack or are too often forgotten e.g. adequate wardrobe, places to hang bath AND hand towels (many properties seem not to have thought this to be a bathroom necessity), a bath mat (yes, some places fail to provide one), easily-opening window for fresh air (as opposed to an ancient, rickety sash that is blocked from opening more than 2 inches). Unrestricted street parking right opposite - very useful for those of us with Blue Badges - though spaces might be filled if you come late. I will return."

"Great welcome at the door and help with luggage. Sea view room, great breakfast and helpful staff. Only downside was the loud seagull outside at 6am but hey, we were beside the seaside!!"

"I stayed here alone, so the setup worked well for me. If I were traveling with someone, I’d probably choose a larger hotel or an Airbnb, but I would absolutely stay here again. The staff were friendly whenever they were available, and they responded quickly when I needed anything. They provided extra towels and shower gel promptly, which I appreciated. A few areas could use improvement. The shower would benefit from an update, even if it’s just a new showerhead, and the towels could be much softer. That said, overall it was a good stay."
