"I had a terrible experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in New Orleans. The room smelled absolutely disgusting, like sewage or a sewer drain the entire time. The shower water pressure was extremely weak — barely any water came out, making it impossible to shower comfortably. The sofa bed was horrible. The mattress was completely worn out and felt like there was no mattress at all — only metal springs underneath. It was impossible to sleep on because you could feel every spring poking through.
