"When we arrived and were assigned our room there was an unusual smell and we believed it was coming from the AC unit. We originally thought is was temporary but unfortunately after 30 minutes the smell was still quite overwhelming. We had taken our concerns to the front desk. They were genuinely concerned for us; profusely apologized and instantly assigned a new room to us. My family and I decided if we were going to return in the future to visit our relatives, this would be the hotel for us....

"The inside of the hotel was extremely run down. The drywall was chipped all over, on the first and second floor. The smell inside was awful, it smelled like people were there smoking. I had 2 toddlers with me and we left after being there for 3 hours. We booked due to a power outage at our home and preferred returning home in the July heat instead of staying there. "Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season."

"The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? I woke up at 6am from a random alarm on accident my fault. I'm terrible with names in the morning unfortunately but they were both so friendly and amazing and Yogi the dog was awesome.
