Hotel murah di Economy

"I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show."

"Checked in after mid night. I booked a double queen room. Front staff initially not present, but showed up. He said another staff member overbooked those rooms, so he could only offer a king bed room. I had no options late at night, and cancellation policy so we took it. Not a huge deal in that case due to it being late and only 2 of us, but essentially Expedia reservation type was not honored by the staff. No credit card or DL needed at check in so it was fast. Didn't see an elevator, so used...

"Asked for a king and got two queens. AC in room turned to 63 prior to checkin--why? Tremendous waste of energy and it took an hour to warm it up. No top sheet on the bed. In the scene of things, it could've been worse! The duvet was not warm so I used the one on the other bed as well. The place seemed clean., and it was only for one night."
