Hotel Ramah Hewan Peliharaan di Edinburgh

"We arrived a bit early. The receptionist was very pleasant and let us know a room was being cleaned and would be ready shortly. We waited in the bar area, which was comfortable and there were nice views. She gave us complimentary glasses of champagne while we waited. When the room was ready, we were told the stocked fridge was complimentary. There was a nice variety of beverages. Spacious room. We were wet from traveling in the rain. I was able to hang some things to help them to dry out...

"5 star hotel with excellent customer service and attention to details"

"Was very disappointed with this service apartment. It is not serviced, they clean only once a week and not over the weekends! The bathroom I got was filthy - smelt bad and did not look as if it had been cleaned. The kitchen was grimy and overall I was disappointed. I was then told I could only move rooms the next day but I would need to check out by 11am and then check in again at 3pm! We did move the next day due to the state of the bathroom - I took pictures to highlight my case. We were...

"Sehr nettes Personal"

"struttura posizionata benissimo, pulita e con tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno"

"I stayed for 6 days and everything was excellent. We’ll return in January 2027"

"Room and restroom were nice overall. Good location. Giving 3 starts due to 2 reasons: 1. There was some noise on our room every 30 or so mins incoming from the kitchennete area. Unsure what it was, but it gave us a hard time sleeping. 2. The hotel has 2 entrances, 1 through the mall and a 2nd one directly from the street. The street is pretty lively and unfortunately this side entrance has no one keeping an eye on it and is also open without any passcode. We happened to check out early in the...

"+ Check-in was very easy and staff were helpful. Location was perfect for getting around the city, the AC was great and the bed was comfortable. - The cleanliness of the room was not the best and the lack of regular housekeeping was not ideal, as 4 days between cleans is a bit long. The HVAC did not appear to work for circulation, and there was some old water damage to the bathroom door frame/swelling of kitchenette linoleum."

"Perfect location to see the sites in Old town."

"Location great rooms lovely. Lovely. bar to have an evening drink and all of the staff we met were eager to help and very friendly. Definitely stay again"

"Great location and comfortable room."

"Most overpriced hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No valet parking, tired rooms. Feels more like a 4 star hotel at best yet over £1000 a night."

"Lovely property. Great for my husband and I for the few days we were doing the tourist thing in Edinburgh."
