"I would have rated our stay a 5 except for one issue that was not resolved to our satisfaction. The washer did not drain properly and the staff took our clothing to rewash and dry them while the machine was repaired. No one ever came to repair the machine and when my clothes were returned, they were stuffed in a laundry bag and did not appear clean. This hotel has many levels and stairs are unavoidable. We had stayed before and knew this so not an issue. Staff was very willing to assist...

"This a perfect hotel if you want to be in the new town and are a close walk to everything. The hotel does require you to be able to use technology to check in but each room has everything you will need. The lounge was filled with a coffee bar and fresh pastries and place to rest. The room just felt cozy but professional."

It was mostly clean but there was some grit or dirt on the floor as I could hear it rubbing on my case. "I really love the room design! The staff was helpful for me giving me options to switch rooms. I stayed there for 3 days but only had 1 breakfast (prepaid for 20 gbp). Breakfast was ok but a bit pricy comparing to other hotels that I stayed. Overall I loved the experience there."

"We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us).
