"The reception for this hotel is up on the 7th floor, to make the most of it’s fabulous views & balcony space, which is a little strange when you first arrive, as it doesn’t look all that inviting from ground level! "Great location in the old town. Staff were amazing, helpful and happy. Rooms were exceptionally comfortable and included breakfast was brilliant. Meals were good and outside deck for an afternoon drink very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again - been travelling for 7 weeks and best property we have stayed at."

"It is a tough location for valet parking drop off. But once achieved every else makes it more than worthwhile. Lovely restaurants and bars, beautiful rooms and a fabulous pool. More especially was the quintessentially Scottish hospitality and graciousness from Alan at the door, Luke at the desk, Ryan at the bar and Keith, Matthew and Brendan around our table. All great ambassadors for company and country. A great stay!"

"Die Lage ist sehr gut und zentral. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Teile der Einrichtung sind allerdings in die Jahre gekommen (vor allem der Teppichboden) und insgesamt war es nicht ausreichend sauber (viele schwarze Haare, unter dem Sofa Essensreste von einem vorherigen Gast, ungespültes Besteck in der Spülmaschine). Wir hatten für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind gebucht und bekamen nur 1 Duschhandtuch. Auch war das bestellte Babybett bei Ankunft nicht da und wurde nur nach...
