"The setting in such a quiet rural location but only minutes from Wadebridge and the cottage suited us perfectly for our purpose for being in the area. We had some queries about the property before arrival and found Sykes support lacking but the house keeper for the cottage was really helpful and was able to help us on 2 occasions with instant replies. "Great hotel and a very central location. Staff were lovely, rooms were fab, and the roof terrace bar was fantastic to retire to for pre-dinner drinks. We were certainly able to give our friend an 80th birthday ‘event’ to remember!"

"Had a lovely stay at Pengelly Farmhouse. A beautiful properly, spotlessly clean and lovely thoughtful touches. Homemade biscuits were lovely and even some treats for our dog. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and perfectly cooked! We will most definitely be back again, thank you!"

"Loved this hotel. We stayed in one of the self catering lodges which was great. Lodge was spacious and had everythigg no we needed travelling with young children. We used the hotel swimming pool and explored the grounds. Great location, easy to park and charge EV and in an excellent location for what we wanted. Staff helped with any query we had. The only thing I’d love to see was a few more condements in the lodge, what would be available if we stayed in the hotel. Will definitely stay again"
