Room was blazing hot. Pillows and bed are garbage. Was missing facecloths and couldn’t reach front desk. Called multiple times, finally called outside line and someone answered. Waited 20 minutes for them to deliver, no one showed. Called again.

We flew from Toronto for the Oiler game and my kids and I had the best stay. Staff was so accommodating and it was very clean!

Sawridge Inn & Conference Centre Edmonton South
Room was pricey for what we got paint peeling off doors ect.. bed was squeeky /broken and hard , pillows uncomfortable. Desk staff was good , bar was pricey small drinks for what you paid . Didnt really try the food besides fries (ok ) , cheesecake very warm and mushy
