A few issues - the elevator was out of commission, the lights in the room needed a breaker to be reset which occurred a few hours after I brought it to their attention . Breakfast was good . I would recommend not using the DOVE shampoo/conditioner ..."

"When we got to the hotel, the receptionist was very unhelpful (Monica). It is not until I requested to speak to a manager that the tone changed. For the price we paid, I’d save my money and go elsewhere. Washrooms weren’t clean and it’s better to do breakfast à la carte."
