"I stayed in room 102. I’ve never seen a rug so dirty in my life the bedding was clean, but the whole place needs a work over the shower system the toilet system. The flooring needs totally redone. It’s a dive and if that rug could talk. It’s got 40 years of talking. It’s time to change the flooring."

"We had to leave the property within 1.5 hours of checking in due to its poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. Our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend booking this place.
Despite leaving shortly after arrival because the accommodations were unacceptable, the hotel staff refused to provide a refund."

"Attended a weekend conference for model railroad enthusiasts at this hotel. First off they laughed when I said "Where is the lake?" There is no lake to view at this Lakeview Hotel, there is a wee bit of a slough a few blocks away. This hotel is adequate, I guess. Hope the event organizers got a good deal for hosting costs.
