Hyatt Place Edmonton-West
The bed was really old and could hear the springs cracking. The fold away bed was worse. I moved my kids into my bed because the mattress on the pull out bed was to uncomfortable for them to sleep in

Chateau Lacombe Hotel
My first indication that we should have went somewhere else was when the old lady with the white hair behind the front desk was rude. It just went downhill from there.
