"The room we stayed had bed bugs and we were eaten up big time. We were moved to another room. Staff is very friendly. The owner reported that he is going to take care of the room. "We loved our stay at the Cumberland, it was perfect for a family of four. The underground station is right around the corner, there was always a cab waiting, and the staff is really kind and helpful. Highly recommend for a family vacation. We only had 2 days in London and would definitely stay here when we return. The only downside I can list is the shower - like a majority of hotels now, it’s next to impossible to keep the water inside the shower because there’s not an actual door, just glass on half. But the bathroom was huge, as was the closet."
