"Main pool was too cold, but everything else was great! After reading other comments from people complaining about minor things, we were skeptical—that is, until we actually arrived at the place. It really isn't how they described it; the place is perfect and has a very family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, we loved the hotel and will definitely be back."

"It was horrible, the only thing good was the free breakfast. I stated for 2 days had to beg for towels throughout the day. No one came to clean the room or ask if we needed any towels/ wash clothes. That’s not the kicker, so it’s a 100 dollar deposit right . Okay when it was time for check out the receptionist went to check my room and discovered two dirty towels I have kids and they went to the pool and two towels had black stains on them, I was told i would have to pay 30 for that. I politely declined and offered to wash them myself which I did and they came clean. I just have never been to a hotel/ motel where they charge for having dirty towels. Meanwhile my sister had a room also however the maid cleaned her room and took her towels so the receptionist couldn’t charge her so my point was why single me out then."

"The room was great, the indoor pool was nice, the spa was not warm at all. The pool was warmer than the hot tub. Loved that they accommodated us with a down stairs room. The place was really nice. The weather just wasn’t warm enough for us. We picked a bad time to vacation"

"Such a great stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the hotel was great and everything was so clean. Having the little kitchen and fridge in our room was so great!"

"My son and I needed a place to stay while our vacation rental was getting ready since we flew in the day prior. Our flight was delayed twice and I called to let them know it would be closer to 3 AM when I arrived and was told all was good. I got there and there is no attendant at the desk - so I use the lobby phone as it says to do and no one responded. I called the number on the website and finally after waiting for a while someone came down, which also took a while to check in because of the time we came. Got up to the room and there was no shower curtain and the whole place smelt awful (weed, garbage, mildew) and puddles and dirt all over the floors. Wasn't expecting much - but got even less."
