Even finding a used tissue from a previous stay on the floor. 2/ The door latch on room 105 is not aligned so does not close and so lock correctly. This is clearly a security concern...

"It's a breath of fresh air to travel to accomodation and arrive early and to be offered afternoon tea whilst waiting for our room to be available. "The hotel was good but the room we has was 2 flights up with 2 very heavy fire doors. It was very hot with only a small window to a flat roof that didn't open more than 3 inches. No phone in room to communicate with reception. Nothing in the immediate area outside the hotel other than a 10 minute? very steep hill to port isaac. There was nowhere to sit and relax out of the heat other than the bar."

"We had a lovely stay at China Fleet Club. The staff were professional, friendly, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. Unfortunately, we had no hot water when we arrived, but after reporting the issue it was fixed within about an hour, which we appreciated.
