"We stayed July 26-Aug 1. Without going in to to many details, Daniel at the front desk came through big for me and my family. 1st room we were sent to had no working AC. Over 100 in room! Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond. We ended up absolutely loving our other room! That made our vacation so much better. We loved all the pools and things to do.
