"Grounds are very well taken care of. There's only 1 ice machine in the entire place that isnt very convenient. For 1 day there was only 1 elevator working. Also beware of the hidden resort fees that are never told to you."

"First room we had we found a cockroach, second room we were given has an extreme water leak. Third room we were given we could hardly get the door to open and close. Everywhere we went it was very dirty and trash and dirty towels left all over the property. The only kid pool our two year old could swim in was reserved for private event. When booking we were not advised of the additional $55 per day resort fee which was very unappreciated. Kitchen had a TON of little bugs all over which made it...
