"Awesome"

"Only marked this hotel down because it's currently undergoing renovations. Some floor trim missing and a few other minor things. Have to say we were pleasantly surprised with the continental breakfast. The breakfast serving area was hidden behind a barn door and was quite spacious and diverse! Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. Kingsport is a spacious community. Many places to eat and coffee shops, plus a mall."

"This was a lovely place to stay for a wedding related trip to Rogersville. It is conveniently located and has wonderful, historic charm. Our room “The Browns” was clean and very comfortable. The check in and check out procedure was easy and the Desk Clerk was very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay here!"

"The check in process took an hour because they didn’t know what rooms were clean. They were so unorganized. I wont stay here again."

"The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The room was large and serviceable, but there were stains in the carpet, the bed covering, and one of the large towels. The room was mostly clean, though, and had no ill smell…just well-used and a bit out-dated. The treadmill in the fitness center was in disrepair and there were multiple boxes of AC units being stored in there. The hospitality made this a 4/5, otherwise it was a 3/5."

"The hotel was small. It has a nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was not so good. It has minimal breakfast selections. The air conditioner in the room was ok. 2nd floor ice maker and pop machine were broken. It was clean and they were trying to fix some stuff up."

"They offer you candy when checking in. I must have looked at a different place to stay and accepted this one by mistake. Expedia had us wanting a smoking room? The room was clean but had a strange smell. It has only a space heater for heat. It is supposed to drop in the teens tonight. There is a unit in it that is supposed to be a heat/air conditioner that does not heat. Was charged $150.00 deposit incase we smoked in the room or for incidentals. Which we had no idea about! "Only good thing about this place. Was Cindy super nice n friendly. The room was disgusting and full roaches every where . I guess people live there.They have cats and dogs barking all night n all day . I had to clean the bathroom. It was full of Ashes and cigarettes. I had to go and get towels and paper toilet at the front desk. At the one towel they left behind was disgusting. I will never stay there again. But cindy was the only good thing about that experience. It's like the morning lady at...

"Parking sucked due to having other fuests that had big vehicles. Another iss is room service, they showed up early morning before we got up and never came back. We had to go ask for towels. "

"Honestly it’s a dump. I lived in this town for 20 years and had to go back recently for a short visit. The bathroom shower was awful, the shower head needed replacement the sink had a big gap against the wall, the bathroom fan was super loud, the air conditioner was also super noisy AND they made me pay a $100 deposit when we checked in for damages in the event we broke anything. LOL "

"The room was clean but felt damp, especially the floor. The air conditioner wasn’t draining on the outside so that was probably the issue. Otherwise, the room was ok."
