"Here’s a tactful, professional negative review you can use: ⸻ I recently stayed at the Aquarius Hotel & Resort in Dorado and, unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed a significant security concern in our room—there was no deadbolt separating our room from the adjacent one. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, it initially did not seem to be taken seriously. Although the issue was eventually addressed, the process lacked urgency and clear communication. At one point, we were informed that maintenance had already visited our room, which was not accurate. This created confusion and did not inspire confidence in how concerns were being handled. Additionally, there was no follow-up from a manager regarding the situation, which would have been appreciated given the nature of the issue. In terms of amenities, the property itself is quite limited. While there is a pool and access to a small beach, there are minimal on-site offerings. Guests are often directed to nearby properties for additional amenities, which can be inconvenient if you’re expecting a more comprehensive resort experience. Overall, while the location has potential, improvements in guest communication, accountability, and on-site amenities would greatly enhance the experience."
