"Huge, handicapped room for 3 friends. Loved the next door church bell songs. Grounds very pretty although too cold to be outside. Great breakfast!! Lots of parking. Dined in their restaurant, "

"Beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean and really comfortable beds. The only downside was that after 4pm the only bar snacks were pizza. The drinks were quite expensive too. The evening entertainment could of been better. Apart from those 2 things, the holiday was amazing"

"Stayed at Hotel Alta Montaña and it delivered exactly what you want from a mountain base. Clean, quiet, and well run. The staff are genuinely welcoming, not just polite, which makes a difference when you’re staying a few days. The views are outstanding, especially sitting above the cloud layer at around 1,400 meters. From a cycling standpoint, the location is hard to beat. You’re essentially on the climb the moment you roll out. You can head straight toward Teide or descend as far as you like...

"We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Fra (Ramones), who made such a positive impact on our holiday. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, explained...

"La comida es horrorosa. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no es nada barato podían gastarse un poquito más en la comunidad porque la comida es horrible. He estado dos días y las dos veces que fui a comer al en la plancha no había nadie de la cocina eh la carne dura la gente que estaba en el comedor un poco desagradable los camales y suelo ir muchas veces pero después de esta vez no vuelvo a ir"

"Pour une vacance d’une semaine, l’environnement est merveilleux. Belle présentation, les déjeuners étaient variés, copieux et délicieux. L’entretien journalier favorisait la détente autant dans les chambres que dans l’espace de la grande piscine. Le seul aspect négatif mais qui n’est absolument pas du ressort de l’hôtel, cette région au nord de Tenerife est assez nuageuse en juin. Beau séjour!"

"The first overseas trip I took my 6 yr old and 4 yr old daughters. Pleasant food and accommodations. It was a wonderful stay and beautiful scenery. Only negative thing was all pools closed at 630pm daily, which were too early for the kids"

"I had to talk to the manager for the van not giving us a ride to the swimming pool. They said they would pick us up in 10 minutes but no one showed up. The manager was nice to give us some perks. But the staff needs more training. The breakfast was really good"
