We stayed in the Royal suite and was throughly impressed by the room and accompanying service - every interaction was professional and polished. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. Le riad est bien situé par rapport a la medina. Mais attention seul bémol hyper difficilement accessible en voiture et faut marcher entre le parking en extérieur et la medina pour y arriver. "

"We traveled from the USA and stayed here for two nights with our other. couple friends. We loved the historic charm of this guest house, it truly gave us the feeling of stepping back in time in the old Medina. The rooms were clean and peaceful, the Moroccan breakfast was delicious, and the staff were kind, humble, and always helpful. The entrance felt a little uncomfortable at first, but once inside, the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. A unique and memorable Moroccan experience....

"This was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Morocco. Not only is every detail of this Riad intricate and beautiful, but the generosity and hospitality of the staff was incredible. Salim, the front desk person went above and beyond. From communicating directions for finding the Riad to offering free tea and water daily, Salim, Abdul, and the other staff made sure I was well taken care of. The rooftop breakfast was also high quality and delicious. I cannot recommend this Riad enough!"

"Location was good, right in the middle of the medina, but can be tricky to navigate too with people trying to “help” but always asking for money. Room was decent but had a lingering smell of urine and although door secured, a very large crack between the doors that anyone can see right into your room. Staff offered help & recommendations but seemed all they wanted was tips as well."

"The day before I left, I mentioned to an employee that I needed a taxi for my daughter and me to go to the airport the next day. He informed me that I'm asking too late and that I should have asked 2 days before leaving. An awkward exchange took place in which he tried to teach me that 'it doesn't work that way'.I would accept that at a 1 or 2 star property but not at a 5 star. Simply too many places to stay to accept that type of rude service."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Riad. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The place it really gorgeous too. Our rooms had stained glass windows and hand carved furnishings. A Moroccan treasure! The food at breakfast was amazing and the rooftop dining area was the perfect way to watch the sunset over Fez. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had a beautiful stay at Riad Mabrouka. Our room was wonderful, the Hamman treatment was great, breakfasts were top notch and the dinner we had on our first night was memorable. The location was very near the parking area which was great for being dropped off by our driver. It was an easy 5 minute walk in the Medina to the Riad from the parking area that was well lit, clean and easy to navigate. The view from the top floor over Fes was amazing.
