"Extremely relaxing stay!"

"I heard many great things about this place and had high hopes- however, the experience itself was just okay… 1. The food at the buffet was all lukewarm where the hot food wasn’t hot and cold wasn’t cold.. 2. The food throughout the rest of the resort were also okay but nothing blew our mind. Our worst meals were at the buffet and Spice (their sushi was one of the worst we ever experienced, we rather have gotten sushi at our local supermarket at home) Strangely the best thing we had were the mashed potatoes at The Grill. 3. Our room was nice at first, however after we showered in our first day, we noticed water dripping from the fan in our bathroom, we requested a different room but they insisted that maintenance will take care of it, which they did partially- as it started to drip again but not so much as the first time that we didn’t really care. But after that, we noticed every place we went to, they couldn’t find our room number and name. It wasn’t until our last night there that they did in fact change our room from the first initial complaint, and yet they didn’t notify us or give us new room keys. So the entire stay we were stuck with a room with a dripping ceiling fan… 4. We were looking forward to some of the programs they had to offer such as the dance lessons- however even after going to the location, it never happened. Seems like they switch the times up last minute without updating guests or the schedule on the app they provided. 5. However the location was nice, "

"My parents and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The beach is stunning, although the water isn’t crystal clear, we understood that it’s between two rivers. All of the restaurants were wonderful, the staff were super helpful and engaging. We spent most of our time by the fun pool. A quiet pool was a little odd to me with how early people would get up and put their towels out, and I was even told to be quiet on that side! If you’re looking for true relaxation and no talking, then that would be the pool for you. But I met so many wonderful people at the fun pool and we are all planning trip trips to see each other now! The rooms were cleaned every day, and there’s even turn down service if you want it. I look forward to coming back here and I realize why so many people do! Thank you for all of the wonderful memories and we look forward to making more at this property! "

"This property is amazing with a simple layout for ease of movement around. The spa services I received were top notch. I recommend visiting the spa to everyone when there. The on-property entertainment team are the best in class as they ensured a fun time all day everyday. And last but not least stop by the preferred club pool bar and see Maximus for a delicious cocktail. Tell him I sent you."
