"Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own."

"Great location for a really great price. There are no reception staff but check in instructions are easy to follow. The rooftop pool and bar were a nice bonus There was no view or balcony from my room (203) but I wasn’t in there long enough to care. Can’t find fault it."

"3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself"

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. De mooie kamers zijn ruim en van alles voorzien.
