"We rented two adjoining rooms for a two-night stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds with great bedding and choice of pillows. The reception we received at check in was disappointing. Not only did we have to wait but the person waiting on us was not friendly and did not adequately explain additional charges, such as, parking fee of $15.00 per night and a fee of $250.00 per room for security. The Expedia website and the Holiday Inn website did not mention the additional fees. Further, the Holiday Inn website, for this location, indicated the parking is free for registered guests. Therefore, I'm requesting a refund of the parking charge of $30.00 for our two-night stay to the credit card used at check in."

"By far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in! The tub/shower was so bad we stood on a towel to shower, mold/mildew on the ceiling and walls, hair in the sink, tub and on the floor, stained sheets. We put our shoes on to walk back and forth from the bed to the bathroom. Under the bed had never been cleaned I’m sure. The continental breakfast was out of items and coffee was a 20 min wait. When we checked in, the guy at the front desk seemed like we were a bother to him. We were only there for about 10 hours and that was to long!"
