"Lo unico que falto fueron los detalles de utilidades de cortesia en el baño como gorro de baño desechable para las damas y cremas de manos que siempre se ofrecen de Cortesia en otros hoteles.

"The only nice thing I can say was the staff was polite.
The amenities were scarce and overpriced. The breakfast was your average hotel buffet but for some reason it was $40 each.
The bathroom in our bedroom was disgusting. Burn marks on the counter. Room 313.
The hallway smelled like poop.
Elevators had serious issues with leaking water"

The $300 hold 🙄ridiculous but that’s there incidental fees ‘ waiting 3/5 business days to get my money back ‘ annoying !!!
Pool closes at 8pm ‘ pool is beautiful and clean ‘ the entire place was spectacularly clean !!! Amazing food spots everywhere ‘a few 24 hr spots extremely close by Tryp .
Beach is a few steps away !!! Definitely a plus ‘ id definitely recommend going to Tryp
Just be ready for that $300 hold smh I’ve been to many hotels this is the first to...

"The place smelled like new. It was very clean. My suite was nice with a great bathroom. The only issue that I found was that I had no control of the A/C. The room was very cold at the entrance with a very loud A/C fan. Luckily, I rented a suite, thus I was able to close the doors and the temperature of the bedroom was nice."

"I had a wonderful experience during my stay! From the moment we arrived, Chris made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the check-in process. He went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to eat, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, and Chris’s outstanding customer service truly made a great first impression.
