"The property was well maintained in the heart of San Francisco. The staff was exceptional and made me feel like I was coming home each day. Steve was kind, personable, professional and knowledgeable about the area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and I had close proximity to a multitude of delectable food spots. If you’re in the San Fran area, The Orchard is an excellent option for lodging!"

"I don't know why there were no coffee cups or glasses in the guest room. How am I supposed to rinse my mouth after brushing my teeth. The water pressure of shower was low. Also, keeping the room temperature in the comfortable range was somehow challenging."

And the maids were invisible and always on top of my needs. How do they do that? I love staying at the Omni in San Francisco."

"Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. Convient location 2 blocks away from union square, 7 min walk to china town, 10 min drive from pier 39. Very old hotel and extremely small rooms but you get what you pay for. Staff was really nice. Only downfall is our room didn’t have a fridge or microwave."
