"We were told our room would be facing the courtyard. There was no courtyard to view, only a street view. Traffic noise from the street was quite loud, especially around 4:00am when commercial vehicles were driving up and down the street. Sounded like they were unloading their vehicles. Considering the location of this room we would not stay here again."

"The hotel needs to be updated the photos make the hotel look way nicer than what it really is. Water took a while to get hot in the shower, the toliet is older and the overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t the best. "

"It was frustrating when I checked in and the only information I received at all was how I could upgrade to a different room. Since the room was extremely basis or standard looking and with zero view of the city, I felt it was just a money grab. I did really appreciate that I received a refund. I received no info what so ever about the amenities at the property at time of check in. My patio had cigarette butts and other trash on the ground. Other than these issues, my stay was quite pleasant. Thanks!"

"Good location, expensive parking and breakfast (it's a full buffet) - but you can usually get a "discount" when reserving thru a 3rd party. Overall good value for the city."

"Great little hotel in the heart of San Francisco. Close to Chinatown and good bars and restaurants."

"Room was clean, however AC was not cooling as much. Front desk staff was distracted while I was waiting to ask a question ( the FD was on her cell) the girl that was helping someone over the phone try getting her attention a couple times; it took a couple of attempts for FD to realize I had been standing there."
