"I've been coming to York Beach pretty much all my life, both in season and out of season. This was my first time staying here at the Sunrise Motel and I can say everything was fantastic. From the communication to the room, everything was just great. The room was exactly how it was described, it was very clean and had a little kitchenette. Can not say enough good things about this place. Will DEFINITELY come back!!"

"Have been to Coachman several times. Its not the Ritz Carlton, but its a clean, reliable motor lodge. Located within the Kittery Outlet shopping area. There are several excellent restaurants within a two-minute drive. Excellent choice for an overnight stay."

We loved the clean room awesome continental breakfast!!!l We loved the nostalgia of this quaint quiet Inn , enjoyed the salt water pool and met some very cool people also only a few miles from Starbucks!! "The accommodation is located in a charming historic building in a great vibrant village-like town. The interior space has a mid mod vibe, and is spacious, and easy to use. Had a nice dinner, as recommended, a nice walk to the waterfront and a nice ice cream. Pretty perfect! "

"Great location. Very good condition. Shower control has flow control too. I hate hotels where you can't control the flow. We did tell the hotel. It would be nice if they had more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom to hang the bathtubs. Also, if you don't want to pay the valet service you can just drive your car yourself to the Foundry garage 3 blocks away. Breakfast was good. We did give feedback that we wish there were were real cutlery and ceramic plates instead of plastic, plastic and...
"Nice hotel in downtown Portsmouth NH. Friendly staff. Easy access to Market Street, the tourist area for food and shopping. Not too far from harbor if interested. Offers breakfast for 15.50ea which is an upscale continental breakfast only. OK but nothing fancy."
"My wife had a wonderful stay at the Inn. It was our second visit, though the ownership has changed since we were last here (two years ago). The staff were attentive, warm, and professional throughout. The room was nicely appointed -- with a functional kitchen, walk-in shower, and deep, modern soaking tub. Location is terrific, close to the Marginal Way, restaurants, and downtown Ogunquit (okay, maybe a 15-20 minute walk). Just a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Ogunquit!"
