"Morning after checking in shower was leaking after checking they said it might get fixed in few hours or we need an actual handy guy from outside meanwhile you can switch to other room right in front of ours so we switched. AC displays was broken there so they ask us to checkout other room which we didn't like it. During this period our shower got fixed so we move back to original room. Wasted few hours here we paid for and person fixing the room dirty the washroom and didn't have any courtesy...

"We booked this hotel because Expedia filtered our preference as having a pool & showed pictures of the pool. They will have a pool - but its under renovations. So my kids were disappointed and of course no one could do anything because I booked through Expedia. So we were too late to cancel our reservation, and Expedia still shows property as having a pool. So...they get their $$$ and my kids get over it."

"It was close to my client. Reasonably priced, didn’t interact much with staff in the couple of days I stayed but nothing was over the top. Average place, dated furniture but all good. I have no complaints there. Couple of things, pillows were rock solid not sure if I was unlucky and no sheer curtains while my room literally opens to parking lot. I had to blind the room for privacy. That’s was annoying for sure. Can’t have the sun in without exposure!"

"Friendly staff, excellent full hot breakfast buffet, convenient location, didn’t use but pool/hottub looked nice, room clean and nicely renovated. Only stayed 1 night but it was perfect & would stay here again. Thank you BW!"

"Kids were running through the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Kids are kids, but after notifying the front desk, nothing was done. The gym was also full of unsupervised kids, so we couldn’t use it. We missed our prepaid breakfast by just a few minutes after being woken up early, and the restaurant refused to serve us. The front desk simply handed us a business card and told us to call with our complaints. Very disappointing customer service."

"The property is in a fairly good location if you don’t mind driving to places. The room could use a fan in the bathroom"

"Friendly check-in staff, it's a quaint hotel, rooms were clean, furniture is a bit outdated, stained chair, worn out carpets in the room. Otherwise fairly clean! Limited breakfast seating, especially with families in the summer. Hot tub worked and pool was warm. Would stay again, just don't count on seating in the small breakfast area."

Really big with everything you might need But, the floor by the couch was wet and because I had put my luggage there (only space with 2 suitcases) I kept stepping in the wet spot - minor issue The toilet paper had a stain on it so I just changed it, and there was a dirty spot on the light switch. Again super small and nothing impactful at all Bed was ok (a bit soft for me only) Shower was fabulous Lots of space I loved the magnet for the do not disturb sign. Breakfast...
