"This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly."

"Excellent logement, beau et pratique. Propre, idéalement situé dans le vieux centre. Quartier tranquille mais à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Et possible de visiter la Vieille ville et tous les lieux d intérêt à pied. On peut même aller à pied à la gare de bus. Des lignes de bus nombreuses à proximité. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vivement. Séjour en famille avec trois enfants ... Idéal, seul ou accompagné."

"Staff was very courteous and especially the cook in the breakfast area. She made great scrambled eggs! Receptionists were professional & greeted all guests daily. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel on premises. Across the street was a Mercadona and the opposite direction was an Eroski if one needs groceries. The roundabout nearby made it easy to travel to Pamplona, Roncesvalles & San Sebastián. We were in Room 205 & there was a strong smell of cleaning products that lingered for...

"Excellent location, great place to stay"

"Very reasonable stay - extremely convenient for my trip - the heating didn't work for my stay but the host was apologetic - the room had two blankets which I did utilise for my one night stay. The room was clean and the shop downstairs was a blessing! the host kept my up to date prior to arrival all the way until I left, I'm sure if I informed them they would have done anything that they could to rectify the heating issue "

The town of Bera is known for being the place where Pío Baroja and his famous relativos lived and died. "Pamplona was the surprise of our visit to the north of Spain. El Gran Hotel La Perla was without a doubt the very best choice when visiting this beautiful city. The staff was magnificent, the room fantastic, the bathroom was large and the location was PERFECT! Right in Plaza del Castillo where the action happens and the bulls pass by in la Corrida de Toros. Loved the Room Key as it felt like staying at a Castle. Highly recommended."
