"I needed a cheaper place to stay for a few days.I was worried with the rate price I got,But when I got there it was Fantastic!! Josh is the best with Costomer service!!! I have not had the great Costomer service in YEARS!!!! rooms are clean it was quiet just perfect!!!"

"Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel."

"The staff was friendly, but the hotel, rooms, and grounds needed upkeep and updates. I did not get the included breakfast. I did have a dog with me and had a room on the ground floor that I assume was regularly used for those with dogs. The chair cushion was visibly stained, the grout in the shower needed to be cleaned/replaced. The hotel is in a quiet area, but convenient to Hwy 35. I would not stay again, unless it’s remodeled/revived. "
