"The staff were friendly and offered a complimentary bottle of water and snack upon arrival. There was also a handwritten note in the room. The room was the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in recently. As the hotel is directly off the highway, it was quite loud but that’s no fault of theirs. Overall, a lovely stay. "

"The breakfast was expensive so we had to go to the nearby Tim Horton's. Also, the vending machine (for the drinks) does not work. Nothing comes out. I think it's already empty. It should be checked every half a day or so"

"The Wedgewood is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Hotel is going through some upgrades which was going on while we stayed there. You could tell that it does need an update. But our room was beautiful and we had a patio to look over the city. They do little touches like a bottle of wine, personalized note and turn down service with cookies. I would love to return after the upgrades are completed. "Great location, clean, nicely updated, beds were comfortable. We did not use all of the amenities but there were some really nice features like a communal kitchen and roof top patio as well as good coffee in the lobby with spaces to sit and enjoy. We stayed in a room with shared hallway bathroom and a con would be there was only one toilet on our floor and it was on the other side of the floor. Sound proofing not great in rooms and doors were making loud noises as other occupants went in and out...

"Stayed here for my fiancés birthday, they had a card and complementary bottle of wine for us. We aren’t drinkers but really appreciated the gesture. Room was very clean, all amenities in the hotel were fantastic and staff were always kind and attentive. Hotel is very centralized so we got to walk most of the time overall great experience would book here anytime I’m in Vancouver."
