"The check in was super easy and the location of the flat was perfect. We had a little trouble jiggling the door to unlock but after a few outings we got the hang of it. We had everything we needed! We felt like we were at home, when we wanted to go see the sites they were only a few minutes away and when just wanted to stay in we walked to a local grocery store and made ourselves some breakfast and coffee with a wonderful view throughout the flat. "We loved every aspect of the hotel from the architecture and decor to delicious breakfasts and staff helpfulness. The only major defect Is the bath/shower set-up which is terribly dangerous - tub is too narrow and slippery and placement of shower head makes it difficult to take a shower without spraying the bathroom. My husband din’t w even take showers for theee nights."

"Francesco was amazing, I wanted to be his best friend as soon as I met him. He was very responsive and accommodating when I had questions on public transportation and needed a taxi when I left. Traveling alone as a female I would definitely recommend this place, it was so clean, easy to get into and very walkable. Extremely easy to get to from the airport (about a 6 minute walk from the train). All in all I would give it a 10/10 and hope I can visit again in the future :). "

"Easy access to a centrally located apartment in Firenze. Clean and wonderfully furnished with stocked kitchen. Large sofabed available. Shower enclosure leaks a bit so beware the floor will get wet. "

"We had an easy check-in. Friendly staff welcomed us and we settled in quickly so we could enjoy the sites. We walked to all tours and restaurants. The restaurant next door was so good, we ate their twice! The property is well located to everything - food, shopping and more!"
