"The location was excellent, close to plenty of restaurants, with the train station just a five-minute walk away and a mall only two to three minutes away. The hotel itself was just okay, and the rooms and furniture were fairly basic, but the beds were comfortable. What really stood out was the staff, who were incredibly helpful and welcoming. In particular, INES was exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding service, which made our stay much more pleasant."

"The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...
