"Room wasn’t ready and we arrived after the 3 pm for check in. We then asked if we could just get 2 rooms that would be equivalent to the 3 queen bed suite we reserved and the hotel front desk clerk declined. We were then forced to drive around waiting for a call. Area is sketchy, strong musty odor, bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly- still hair left over from the previous guests. Then briefly after we checked in I asked the same front desk attendant for additional towels and he rolled his eyes and huffed and looked into a brown cabinet for more towels, and then informed me that they were out of towels and did an offer to bring us towels later on in the evening. We then were forced to drive and purchase our own towels!!!"

"Clean rooms and air conditioning worked great. Glad there was laundry room on site as well!"

"Room was fine, the beds and pillows were firm, the ac didn’t work. Staff was very nice. Cleanliness was okay. Small breakfast. Overall a good place, but not excellent. "

"A bit of a mixed bag. For the price, you get a good amount of things, compared to competitors. Just a few things would make it much better: 1. Trying to accommodate more often requests from guests by pre assigning rooms the day of, not waiting for fuesy to check-in... (like a specific floor, rarely accommodated). 2. Clean that building D! The smell of Marijuana in building D is just so bad, so strong, it's nauseating. 3. Cleaning of the floor is also a bit hit or miss at times."

"Property itself is good. The linens on the beds were not fresh, they appeared to have been re-used instead of turned down properly and changed out. Front desk ladies and cleaners were friendly. Rooms could use a vacuum instead of just a swifter - hair was evident throughout the carpeted areas."

"The whole place is automated. Check in was viz a zoom type call. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk at all during my stay. The only interaction I had with actual staff was housekeeping when I asked for extra towels because I saw them in the hall. It was very strange. The room layout was tight. Had to climb over the bed to get to the closet. "
