"Although the beds were good, staff was friendly, and place was clean this is a bare minimum standard. The hot tub wasn't heated (which was 1 of my 2 criteria for selecting a hotel), the food selection in the shop all needed microwaved but none available, and the pool area didn't have the towels stocked. The previous hotel we stayed at was a third the price and had towels, food, and 2 working hot tubs."

"2/5 Stars Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience."

"If you are booking this hotel for the airport shuttle, DON’T. We waited an hour and a half for the shuttle to arrive and the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone at all. Even my Expedia representative couldn’t get through. I messaged them the day before to tell them I was arriving around 10pm at night from my flight. The shuttle driver didn’t say anything as to what happened or even apologized for the long wait. Also Ubers were $40+ for the ride or else I would have gotten one. I would never stay...

"This establishment has really declined in terms of service and convenience. They have made the back door an emergency door, so good luck if your room is near the back. Room had a stench of cigarettes. The towel rack on the shower door and on the wall were broken. Staff is less than jovial....might need #departmentofhomelandsecurity to make a visit. There's a couple of guys that 'work there' in civilian clothes instead of a uniform."

"I chose this hotel because it is close to the airport and supposedly provides transportation to and from the airport. Transportation from the airport was not provided. Despite four phone calls to hotel staff I could not coordinate a shuttle ride. After waiting for an hour, I ended up having to take a cab which charged me $50 for a three minute ride. No one at the hotel was much interested in my negative experience. The room was large but sparsely furnished. There was one window that was blocked...

"Be careful about the parking !! I had reservations for 2 nights and had to use their parking which is handled by a 3rd party. It is $18 a day plus service fee. I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. Also, when I checked in it took 3 trips to the desk to finally be able to get in my room. They have a restaurant attached where you can get coffee and etc at a price. Basically the staff was rude, the parking situation was...

"NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE AVAILABLE- Waited 45 minutes at airport then told they didn't have shuttle for return to airport the following morning! Had to pay for taxi and uber to and from. This "benefit' was one of the reasons we booked."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. I booked a room that had a separate area for the bed, but didn't receive it. We were only staying one night, so we decided to make it work. Went to pull out the sofa bed and it was missing the mattress. Had to transfer to a different room that did have one. That sofa bed had crumbs and things under the mattress and the mattress was stained. Overall fine for the 1 night stay though."

"The coffee maker in room didn't work HOWEVER 24 coffee in lobby with all the fixings!! We had a late check in when I h g rewards , able to have a late checkout as well. Very accommodating , very friendly , don't light a nice hotel , but in a a scaled back efficient way that made it a perfect blend of luxury and affordability in a pinch! Very easy to get to car rental places and DIA! On my list as a stay again when traveling there."
