"Great stay for the price , excellent breakfast, staff are lovely and very helpful. Pool area looking a bit tired , in need of a refurbishment, but the actual pool was great"

"The room was very clean but it was very humid inside the room."

"Such a great experience and my parents stayed over there. Good hotel and especially hospitality is great . Such a professional staff. I highly recommend. Thanks team for taking care of my aged parents ."

"We stayed at the West Island wing of the property. While the rooms and setting are beautiful, be aware that the restaurants attached to the West Island rooms do not have a liquor license. If you want a beer, wine, or cocktail with dinner, you have to take the shuttle boat across the backwaters to the main property on the East side. It is a noticeable inconvenience for a 5-star resort, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Would easily rate this 5 stars if not for that daily inconvenience."

"No free breakfast even though I paid for Did not clean the room or provided towels even though I stayed two nights"

"Very clean and good rooms"

"The best location for everything- Shopping, movies, restaurants"

"Good clean room and good location to train"

"Chambre très correct sauf pas d’eau chaude "

"Very clean and good facilities. Very nice staff "

"Location was great. Pub at the hotel is pretty cool for an evening out."

"Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again."
