"We stayed for one night before flying home. The level has a lounge with tapas, snacks and drinks which was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff very helpful. It was a very stylish hotel but still practical. We had a couple of minor problems in the room that if we had discovered them earlier would have been dealt with promptly. We would happily stay here again."

Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. "We absolutely loved Hotel Basilica in Palma. It is tucked away beside the Basilica de Sant Francesc on a tiny street within walking distance to the Cathedral and the waterfront. We only had one night there but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is lovely and has an aura of relaxation. The lobby is beautiful and they offered us drinks on arrival. They also have a swimming pool and a bar. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of cold and hot options. The staff were super helpful and friendly....
