"Great stay"

"Nice clean warm room, was a little bit of noise which was to be expected in the centre , it didn’t disturb us. Breakfast was nice and served tea/coffee at the table which was nice"

"We went for relaxing weekend for wife with our 8 week old baby for 1st break since birth. Staff were amazing, pool was good but very busy as it was a Saturday. Enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the treatments for massages etc was fully booked but we didnt actually arrive until 4.30pm. Spa bath in room was very nice along with the shower. Rooms were clean "

"Friendly staff. We had to park across the road on another site. Room clean and comfortable bed. There is no lift. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Reasonably quiet by we were woken at 6.30 on Saturday morning with unexplained noise from the roof. "

"The Carlton is in the process of being renovated. The alternative accommodation across the road was an excellent replacement. Very well presented, clean funky and functional more than adequate for a brief visit. Right in the heart of Jesmond,"
