"Excellent check in. Very nice rooms but air conditioning was poor."

"Helpful staff. Room initially was for handicapped— so we had to move. Room large and bed comfortable. Shower large but extremely slippery (needed rubber mats). Closet space too small for 5 day trip. Buffet breakfast very nice with custom cooked omelettes."

"Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Walking distance from all the sights, sounds and cuisine that Lyon has to offer. Concierge services went above and beyond (shout out to Julliette and all). I seldom order room service on vacations but I am so glad I took advantage this time. The breakfast was both delicious and very generous. Also ordered dinner one evening and was thrilled with the food and the quick service. Highly recommended indulgence!"

"Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly. The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable. Location would be the main reason to stay "

"Centrale ligging dichtbij het metrostation op max 5 min loopafstand. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer wat aan de kleine kant maar verder prima. Lekker bed en door de rolluiken heel donker. Na een lange dag wandelen door het moois wat Lyon te bieden heeft, kwamen deze luiken goed van pas. De volgende ochtend werd ik heerlijk uitgerust wakker. Pas nadat de rolluiken opengingen zag ik hoe licht en druk het buiten al was. Vanuit de kamer niets gemerkt :) Ontbijt ook super. Croissants...

"Central location minutes from many restaurants. Good comfortable bed. There was a massive lamp over our bed which was a great feature but didn't work so didn't understand the purpose. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a very unattractive stain on the floor. There were inconsistencies with the staff helpfulness. I had asked the woman cleaning our room to leave an extra towel which she forgot to do. When I got back to the hotel and realised there wasn't a towel I called reception and was...

"Hospitality was awesome, rooms were beautiful, and the pool and spa were so nice! Centrally located between all the shopping and historic areas and felt very welcomed!"

"A nice, safe hotel in the center of town. The front desk staff was very good, but the housekeeping staff left a bit to be desired. We asked at the front desk for extra pillows, which never came so we had to ask housekeeping. They, in turn, had to speak to someone higher up. Eventually the front desk staff brought the pillows after which housekeeping tried to bring them again. Also, we left the room one morning and returned early afternoon and the room had not been serviced. None every returned...

"We had a suite which was perfect for a family with 2 babies. Kitchen and living room were well separated with proper blind to make the babies sleep separately at night. The equipment was great"

"The location is in a district that has no restaurants open on Mondays. All the restaurants and pubs were closed for a five block radius. I would not stay there on Mondays. If there are 2 of make sure to request an extra towel because the hotel only supplies 1 per room."
