"The area is great to stay in because everything is mostly within walking distance. However, there are no windows unless you stay in one of the very front rooms facing the street. Otherwise, you’re stuck down the hallway with no windows because the buildings are all connected along the street. Also, there are no irons available, only steamers. "The staff was very helpful and kind. Of course, we ran into a mild issue with water, but that isn't the fault of the hotel. Prayers to the citizens of Puerto Rico during this crisis and water shortage. The stay overall was really good minus the water!"
