"This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. "The reviews are true. The internet is spotty, and our TV didn't work. There was parking in the front of the building and the back. It was fine but there is no security. This would be ok if the neighborhood was good but it isn't the greatest. Breakfast was decent. The whole place is clean. The cucumber water and free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. All in all it worked for the price."

"Decent Breakfast, parking was decent, parking lot needs maintenance, unfortunately the restaurant and bar were not open during our stay but the Emeryville Public Market with various choices of places to eat is an easy walk away."

"Excellent front desk, house cleaning and restaurant services. Everyone was very polite, helpful, efficient and friendly. We will definitely return for our next stay whenever we are planning to visit the Bay Area in the future. Hallway, elevators and rooms are always fresh and kept clean."
