"The photos are honestly pretty deceiving. This is an extremely noisy and busy property with cruise ship people being constantly bussed in to use the beach. The beach is dirty, smells like cigarettes / marijuana and has trash. There is constant noise of wave runners and loud music. The hotel rooms themselves are clean, but the simple amenities such as the vending machines don’t work. Constant power outages and cold showers. If you are looking to relax and unwind, I would not book this resort. The...

"Be sure to have breakfast; it is delicious, nutritious, and the view is awe-inspiring. I had several cups of the ginger, mint lemonade- wow! I didn’t spend much time in my room. But it was nice to come back to a clean one. Staff are very friendly! One could not ask for more and get it."

"We enjoyed our recent stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly. This location is a close ride to the Red Hook ferry, and the snorkeling on the little reef was great!"

"I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great!"

"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. "The St John Inn is a hidden gem. We were so lucky to have come across it. The reviews were spot on and everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and enjoy our time in St John. I can’t say enough about how special and quaint the Inn was. 5 stars for us!"
