"Breakfast, close to water park and restaurants"

"The camper was great and very clean. Bed was comfortable too! Loved Sunset Hill and the property for a morning walk. Didn’t use the outdoor kitchen area so no comment there. Curious if there’s a curfew for the campsites. There was a group by the fire pit one night until midnight and you could hear every word from inside the camper. So we were up until they went to bed. Something to think about… The bathroom trailer was not great. Out of paper towels in most, really thin toilet paper, water...

"Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking at the time we were there. 10 minute drive from "downtown" where lots of restaurants are located. Breakfast was good, but does get busy and can run out of food at times. The Fitness Room can certainly use a refresh and new equipment."

"Originally we were assigned a second floor room. Although elevators were available my 92 year old mother wanted a ground level room. I went back into the lobby and 5 minutes later we had gotten a ground level room right in front of a handicapped parking spot. Excellent service"

"The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby."

"This was our first time staying at Hampton Inn, and we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a nice variety of options, including eggs, sausage and bacon, a waffle maker, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, and bread.
